Dr. Alexander Jäger-Bloh
Executive director
More than 20 years ago, Alexander Jäger-Bloh built his first wind turbine. At the time, he was still a veterinarian by day and a part-time farmer. He has retained his love for nature until today. Since the beginning, the deanGruppe has grown continuously, so that Jäger-Bloh began focusing exclusively on his company in 1998, initially with wind power and later with solar energy, as well. He is the founder, driving force, and heart of the Group – a pioneer of renewable energy who always skillfully fills his sails with wind and discovers new horizons.
Lars Bauermeister
Executive director
Lars Bauermeister is a fully qualified lawyer and admitted to the Düsseldorf bar. He has been working in the field of renewable energy for more than 20 years and has accompanied - legally and commercially - national and internaional large scale projects during this time.
Gabriele Bloh
General manager
In 1990, Gabi Bloh, religious education teacher and qualified carpenter initiated the construction of the first wind turbine. Since then, she has had an impact on major decisions and helped steer the right course. To be prepared for new challenges, she studied accounting. As the Group’s administrative director, she has monitored finances since 1998 and managed operations in the background. She knows all of the deanGruppe facets and is a lighthouse during storms.
Marielena Bloh
General manager
Since October 2019, Marielena Bloh has strengthened the management of the deanGruppe as an authorised manager. In addition, as project manager she is responsible for the development and realisation of the projects of ecoJoule construct GmbH, the project development company of deanGruppe. Marielena Bloh graduated from Leibniz University in Hanover with a degree in industrial engineering. She worked for Enercon and subsequently for Enercon PLM GmbH as a project manager. As the daughter of Gabriele Bloh and Alexander Jäger-Bloh, she represents the second generation in the family-run deanGruppe.
Torsten Flemming
Commercial director
A commercial lawyer, Torsten Flemming has managed projects in the wind sector for decades. Since the beginning of 2014, he has been contributing his industry contacts and financial expertise to the deanGruppe, where he handles legal consulting, business management of the existing portfolio and the financing of new projects.
Bernd Wodrich
Director of technical plant management
He is an electrical engineer, telecommunications technician and a man of conviction – and a member of the creative and committed team of technicians since 2000. He is a team player in a multifaceted, highly qualified crew that tackles new technical challenges every day to keep the energy transition on track.
